All our homes are custom designed so all of our customers get exactly the home they want.

In a series of personal meetings with Bob Darling, the company president, (approximately six hours) our customers select the style and size of home and the lot that suits their wants, needs, and budget. The home is rough designed and presented to a draftsman for final plans. The purchaser then selects the materials, and colours of everything from siding and roofing to cupboards, flooring and paint.

All construction specifications and prices are then entered into a legal contract, which guarantees you the home you want at a specified price and time. No surprises!

The customer is encouraged to visit the building site during construction, to take pictures and see what actually goes into their home. (Most contractors don't want you around until everything is finished and covered up.) We are excited and proud of our homes and expect you to be there to share the experience.
